Responsibilities:
  • Provide Video Tele-conferencing services in support of the planning and assessment, implementation, training, and ongoing management necessary to implement Video Conferencing Service. Video and VTC operations and maintenance services
  • Operate and maintain the video, SVTC, and DVTC management systems and infrastructure; capacity and availability monitoring; performance tuning; troubleshooting, and testing associated equipment; adding, modifying, deleting video, SVTC, and DVTC accounts; deploying video, Secure Video Teleconferencing (SVTC), and Desktop Video Teleconferencing (DVTC) services upgrades; integrating video, SVTC, and DVTC capacities into other systems (e.g., VoIP teleconferencing, enterprise infrastructure services); protocol standardization and interoperability; conferencing capabilities; coordinating service interruptions and outages; responding to incidents and outages.
  • Manage and maintain the DS Command Center and LAN 4 VTCs.
  • Provide expertise to design, install, integrate and manage new and existing video and video teleconferencing systems, desktop video teleconferencing (DVTC) and room-based secure video teleconferencing (SVTC) as well as support all upgrade activities or improvements to those systems.
  • Scheduling platforms, user endpoints and multipoint bridging and gateway devices.
  • Support in-house design, install and implementation services.
  • Documenting and programming all touch screen inputs and end-user interface control devices.
  • Provide install, maintenance, configuration, documentation, programming and management support for all existing and new Video Wall systems.
  • Responsible for maintenance of Command Center fully functional video wall and the Video Teleconference system to support OpenNet and ClassNet.
  • Provide installation and operations and maintenance support for the secure and unsecure voice, video, data connections, (OpenNet, ClassNet networks) services.


Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Network Management, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Video Control and Distribution Systems
