Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, CTSI

The SVP develops, negotiates and implements strategic relationships that provide short- and long-term benefit to Varian on a national and international basis. This includes primary responsibility and accountability for:

• All Varian OaaS negotiations, transactions and relationships across providers, strategic partners, organizations and business development opportunities
• Maintaining operational and business excellence at all locations
• Managing, developing and tracking outcomes of all OaaS relationships
• Creating and implementing emerging solutions across the oncology continuum in the OaaS model

The SVP will partner with the Varian leadership to develop strategic plans and provide global connectivity across all Varian products and services. The SVP will ensure efficient and effective ongoing operations of the Varian OaaS. The SVP will maintain the highest communication directly with all Varian leadership and Varian Advisors to ensure the adoption, growth and direction of the Varian OaaS platform and emerging strategic solutions portfolio.
