Arguindegui Oil Companies, a well-established oil services company with over 75 years in the industry, is currently hiring for a Vice President of Sales. Oversee the hiring and development of a sales organization, appropriate for the companyâs maturity/size. Be a role model for the company culture. Establish compensation, training, and sales incentive programs. Drive the development of commercial, national, and, if appropriate, international sales strategies. Work closely with CMO to develop, establish, and direct channel and distribution strategies and programs. Maintain key customer relationship and developed to implement strategies for expanding the companyâs customer base. Work closely with CMO to develop and execute leadership programs. Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales development and management for customer growth. Develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions, for high-profile customers and product channel partners. Extensive travel requirements from time to time. Multi-channel marketing opportunities. Customer and Public Relations skills required. Must maintain a strong understanding of Corporate Community Relationships in respective markets. Manage the CRM System Program.
