ABOUT THE TEAM

This is a brand new position that will report directly to our COO, and help manage our Member Success Directors. This role will work directly with our executive team and diagnose areas for improvement while also helping develop new processes. You will inherit two direct reports and hire a few for a total of 4-5 directs. We’re looking for someone who’s not only passionate about helping change people’s financial lives, but who also wants to make a big impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE

- 10+ years of experience building and leading high functioning operations and support teams
- Minimum 10 years of subject matter expertise within the financial services (lending + deposits+payments) industry – prior fintech experience preferred but not required
- Experience identifying gaps within both financial and support processes and using out of the box thinking to collaborate on innovative solutions
- Experience using technology to increase efficiency of operations teams, and improve customer experience
- Ability to demonstrate results in metrics and analytical skills to detect recurring patterns or isolated incidents in order to properly set priorities and urgency
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing priority, and high growth environment without losing focus on key goals
