Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive, A-Z sales cycle for Season Ticket Memberships and Group Ticket Sales. This includes development of Season Ticket Membership packages and benefits, development of sales collateral, fulfillment and execution of sales, and service after the sale.
- Direct Game Night Operations with specific attention to fan entertainment. This includes overall management and reporting of game night revenue, such as walk-up tickets, merchandise, beer, and concessions.
- Hire and manage interns and Game Night Staff.
- In collaboration with the Director of Media & Broadcasting, develop and execute strategy for advertising, marketing, and promotions.
- Coordinate community relations, including player/mascot appearances, donation requests, and the Jets’ relationship with Janesville Youth Hockey.
- Support sponsorship fulfillment with planning of Game Night Sponsors’ outing, including any related promotional tie-ins or player appearances.
- Assist all public relations efforts as one of the franchise’s top front-facing spokespersons. Become and stay an active member of the community. See and be seen to consistently remind media, the business community, and the general public of the Janesville Jets mission.
