We are looking for a VP of Customer Growth to drive the success of our customers by deepening their relationship with Viewpoint and its suite of products, bringing them efficiency, savings and increased productivity. His/her primary responsibility is to lead a multi-functional team including Customer Sales, Customer Success and Business Development. In addition to necessary passion, skills, and experience, you will have a consistent track record in building and leading high performing teams that exceed revenue targets and company priorities.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Lead, grow and inspire a highly-engaged, customer-focused, successful sales team

  • Develop and implement sales and go-to-market strategies that will meet/exceed overall corporate goals for both enterprise and mid-market customers

  • Leverage data and analytics to manage and monitor key sales pipeline and performance indicators to ensure financial goals

  • Consistently deliver against targets – ensuring company goals, and objectives are achieved consistently and sustainably.

  • Lead a strong and accurate forecasting process that provides accuracy and clarity to executive leaders

  • Develop the Customer Success team to drive retention, revenue and customer satisfaction

  • With its leader, drive the Business Development team to increase brand recognition, build robust partnerships, and increased pipeline

  • Lead by example, set expectations, and follow through effectively.

  • Provide coaching and mentorship as needed and ensure that managers do the same for their team

  • Effectively communicate to a largely remote workforce, maintaining high engagement and strong team culture

  • Partner with marketing to ensure go-to-market and awareness strategies are effective to drive pipeline and bookings

  • Collaborate cross-functionally, leveraging internal relationships to drive bookings and ensure customer success and satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus

  • 10+ years’ experience running enterprise sales teams; second line management experience required.

  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Prior relevant software industry sales experience. Subscription, SaaS, or Cloud software experience is required.

  • History of consistently meeting/exceeding targets and objectives personally and as a leader.

  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills; ability to build strong business partnerships both outside, and within the organization.

  • Highly professional persona with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Skilled at delivering executive-level presentations inside and outside the organization.

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, result-focused, environment

  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management

  • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings

  • Personal computer literacy including, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools

  • 25% – 50% travel required
