Our Global Delivery Model Services team is responsible for developing programs and initiatives directed at designing, developing, and implementing a robust Business Process Management Solutions Platform to enable effective scalability and sound management of PwC’s Global Delivery Model operations on a worldwide scale. PwC’s Digital Build Factory is a high-speed delivery engine, designed to implement end-to-end digital services at scale in order to eliminate hours, enhance quality for the firm, and commercialize digital products and automation technologies by leveraging our capabilities and digital resources across the globe. Smart automation accelerators, Analytics & Insights, Digitally Connected Services (DCS), and Intelligent Solutions are key areas of focus to drive additional value to our firm.

As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success partnering with product owners, delivery teams, and key customers/stakeholders in the following areas:

  • Leading and coaching the organization in Agile adoption;

  • Applying agile methodology to identify, escalate, and remove team impediments that jeopardize success;

  • Defining external metrics that help the organization understand the value delivered;

  • Communicating shared vision while fostering transparency and visibility;

  • Influencing project team members to identify and address project issues, including leadership and interdependent teams, and to promote self-directed teams by enabling open, transparent and clear communications;

  • Teaching and coaching teams to adopt continuous delivery practices and other lean/agile modeling techniques; and

  • Collaboratively working with all team and vendor project resources on projects of a complex or mission critical nature.


Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in delivering projects including the following areas:

  • Understanding how to create and maintain the product backlog, and finding techniques for effective product backlog refinement and management;

  • Understanding product planning in an empirical, enterprise environment;

  • Creating a positive and entrepreneurial work environment;

  • Communicating effectively to articulate ideas, actions and outcomes with teams and management;

  • Leveraging deep agile expertise to set up agile execution framework for teams to learn and adopt;

  • Operating as a digital solution thinker who brings thought leadership on digitally enabled business transformation ideas; and

  • Providing hands-on execution when needed to help teams and overall programs
