TFS/other scrum tools knowledge Agile coach/scrum master certification
· Engage with client s Scrum Masters for agile coaching Help client s
· Scrum Masters to enhance and skill-up such that they could be agile coaches for other teams.
· Implement agile projects and share that experience with a project team.
· Provide timely feedback and advice to new agile project teams.
· Align practices with leadership vision and guidance, also be capable in helping leadership understand potential changes w/o disrupting current practices
