This position will work within the Planning & Growth Enablement team for Market Strategy which is focused on sustainable growth and potential new business opportunities. Developing and driving stakeholder engagement and critical messaging of Customer Solutions growth is the primary responsibility of this role. This person must develop a thorough understanding of the business growth impact, from the strategy and development pipeline, to the operational lines of business. This person will need to translate these factors into the overall Customer Solutions strategic direction, business plans, and financial impacts to compile critical messaging to key stakeholders.
In order to help the organization drive a culture of growth and adoption, this role will help establish and execute a creative engagement strategy to enable collaboration with key stakeholders. This role is responsible for maintaining the operational aspects of stakeholder engagement, while fostering deep connections with respective functions. The role will be responsible for translating the organizational strategy and direction into a narrative that fuels awareness, support, and favorable decisions, including: key innovations, aspirational initiatives, and the entrepreneurial and innovative culture of the Customer Solutions organization.
Along with various other functions, this role will also be responsible for enabling and executing metrics reporting to support the Market Strategy and Solutions organization, which includes: financial analysis, product performance, product adoption, regulatory impacts, etc.
This position reports to the Director of Planning & Growth Enablement. A candidate for this role must possess an ability to meet a variety of non-routine challenges, exceptional communications skills with a focus on dynamic communications through creative channels, attention to detail, strong verbal communication skills, a foundational knowledge of strategy and innovation, ability to establish processes, and a working knowledge of financial analysis concepts.
Key responsibilities include: planning, sequencing, developing, distributing, and measuring cross function engagement activities and communications.
Responsible for establishing relationships, developing mechanisms and processes to continuously intake critical information that will inform numerous communications for critical stakeholder engagement.
Execute processes to continuously intake critical information, analyze and assess the information, and develop creative messaging relevant to the respective audiences in a timely manner.
Contribute to the varying needs and special projects assigned to the Planning & Growth Enablement team as needed by the VP of Market Strategy & Solutions and/or the SVP of Customer Solutions.
- Bachelors degree
- In addition to required degree, 7 years related work experience
- Masters degree in Business Administration
- In addition to desired degree, 10 years related work experience
