P2 is seeking a Sr. PM/Scrum Master to join our client for a 1 year contract engaagement located on Bothell, WA. About the program/project: The âGet to Zeroâ program is a goal of attempting to drive customer calls to the contact center to zero. The program has been in existence since 2016 and the client is really working on customer self-service initiatives. Under this program there are a multitude of projects. This is a highly visible program and would need someone that is highly skilled, politically savvy and able to let things roll off their back. Currently SAFe agile methodology is in use for web and mobile development.
- 10+ years of prior experience as a Sr. Project Manager
- SAFe Agile experience required. Certified Scrum Master preferred
- Strong leadership skills required.
- Requires strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills
- A self-starter, go getter is a must.
