    Job Title: Software Project Manager

    Status: Full time, Management

    Job Description:
    Digitec Interactive is looking for a full-time digital innovator who shares our vision to change lives through a new evolution of learning apps. The Software Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning and managing client implementations and software roadmap features for our Software as a Service (SaaS) applications.

    Requirements:

    • Work with the development and sales & marketing teams to define the product strategy
    • Manage and maintain the product roadmap
    • Schedule and manage client implementations
    • Work directly with client project managers and the Digitec dev team to test and release implementations
    • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
    • Provide support to the client point-of-contact
    • Deliver training to new clients
    • Must be proactive and possess strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Able to take initiative and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or lead technical support role for software applications
    • Remote work using collaboration software like Microsoft Teams, Slack, etc.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Customer service or support experience
    • Technical background, with experience in software development
    • Excellent teamwork skills
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

    Specific Skills:

    • Microsoft Office suite
    • GitLab or other code versioning tools
