SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Our SVPs have leadership experience in managing a team, success in developing a diverse client portfolio, and a proven track record of business development that delivers against our P&L. Industry contacts and strong customer relationships are a plus to form binding partnerships and the tools needed to get the job done in a bespoke manner both quickly and affordably.

As a Senior Vice President, you are collaborative and a leader by nature, have brilliant people development skills, and a bundle of knowledge to share. You love to build team talents, client loyalty and respect. You work closely with a variety of individuals from clients to understand their needs, and you excel in working with other senior Ipsos leaders to ensure brilliant research solutions to pressing client business questions.

WEST COAST BASED POSITION

As an SVP in either of our Culver City, San Francisco, or Seattle locations, you would lead an experienced and remote team of researchers across the U.S. to service our tech accounts.

You will establish and solidify our qualitative expertise and offerings in order to best meet our customer’s needs in this fast-paced client landscape. This involves ability to set a strategic vision and action plan for growth across a diverse portfolio of clients, managing and leading a team of seasoned researchers, strong collaboration skills to work across our different Ipsos service lines, and establishing strong credibility, relationships, and business directly with our tech clients. You would be responsible for leading business development and building a book of business consisting of existing and new accounts.

You know how to develop Business in the consumer insights world and can motivate your teams to feel the same energy and enthusiasm. You are a results-driven individual who strives to over-deliver.
  • Making Research Happen: Coordinating your team members so that projects get done well and right: on time, on budget and on strategy for the client. When the going gets tough, you are great at applying the organizational grease it takes to keep the whole process moving seamlessly.
  • Impacting Insights for Clients: Developing an understanding of our clients’ business issues and the industries in which they operate. Maintaining and strengthening client relationships through our collective team greatness. Consulting with clients and building your own trusted advisor respect with colleagues internally and externally. Working with clients on big-picture questionnaire design and analysis planning.
