Summary/Objective

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Recovery Pro Operations coordinates and manages all Auto Insurance Claims Operations including product development, claims administration and call center operations. Ensure that we are providing exceptional service to the company’s clients, customers and the internal departments. The SVP demonstrates exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to improve department processes and efficiency, ensuring production and accuracy requirements are met by all teams. Prepares and manages the departments budgets.

Essential Functions

  • Improve the operational systems, process policies in support of organizational mission – Specifically support better management reporting, information flow and business process and organizational improvements or changes.

  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence

  • Responsible for employee development, coaching, mentoring, performance evaluation and all management related functions while building future capability and developing next generation leaders.

  • Formulate policies, manage daily operational activities and plan use of materials and staff, focusing on maximum productivity.

  • Determine needs, reduce cost and analyze areas requiring improvement.

  • Direct and coordinate financial and budget processes.

  • Establish and implement departmental goals, procedures and policies.

  • Oversee production and service delivery ensuring SLA’s are consistently met.

  • Complete additional duties as assigned

    Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent or equivalent experience/.

  • 5+ years Claims management experience with large auto dealers, auto lenders and/or auto insurance companies.

  • Experience adjudicating total loss and/or GAP claims.

  • Experience running operational centers.

  • Must understand and have experience with call center metrics and total loss process in the auto industry.

  • Experience leading large-scale projects and initiatives.
