    Tasks may include the following activities:

    · Perform as the Project Leader to ensure successful execution of assigned projects.

    · Develop and implement infrastructure project planning strategies that includes specific projects and more open ended studies.

    · Develop/Modify project documentation, files, and records to meet project execution objectives.

    · Ensure all project records are developed and maintained for reference and documentation of completion and compliance.

    · Lead integrated project team (IPT) to ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate and timely. Includes regular interface with functional organizations and other stakeholders.

    · Support the corrective action process for those items identified during the course of project execution.

    · Manage cost, schedule and scope within assigned responsibilities to include functioning as the Control Account Manager (CAM) and Buyers Technical Representative (BTR).

    · Interface with Engineering and functional area groups to develop and execute necessary engineering studies and develop functional requirements and design criteria.

    · Work with project controls staff to develop project cost and resource forecasting estimates for the total project.

    · Ensure NEPA screening documentation is timely and accurate.

    · Ensure cultural and ecological review documentation is timely and accurate.

    · Develop Project Execution Plans and other required documentation. Assemble the required IPT to plan, design, and construct projects.

    · Perform project oversight from studies through construction, testing, turnover, and closeout.

    · Support project identification with scope development, capital determinations, congressional threshold notifications, plant forces work review, prioritization, cost estimate and schedule.

    · Work with risk management staff and IPT members to identify, quantify, and status project risks.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required Qualifications

    · Education: Project Management Professional Certification, BS Engineering, Project Management or Construction Management.

    · Experience: Twenty years’ experience in Project/Program Management, with an emphasis on infrastructure projects. Candidates resume must demonstrate project execution experience on multiple concurrent infrastructure projects with total project costs of $1 million to $50 million dollars or more. Infrastructure project types must be identified and must include one or more of the following: Water, Wastewater, Power, Roads, Information Technology or Facilities. Experience with and working knowledge of: CERCLA/RCRA/NEPA and NHPA Section 109 requirements, managing budgets and staff, engineering and feasibility studies, and strategic planning. Candidates resume must demonstrate familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principals and strong fiscal management experience.

    · Skills: Candidate must be able to use problem solving skills, effectively analyze available information and use deductive reasoning and analytical skills. This may involve going to alternate sources for additional information and guidance. Effectively work with a variety of customers in high pressure situations using tact and diplomacy while giving outstanding customer service. Ability to communicate exceptionally well in written and verbal formats.

    · Computer Skills: Requires computer skills using a standard system platform such as Microsoft Office.

    Desired Qualifications

    · Prior Hanford experience beneficial

    · Professional Engineer License
