Scrum Master
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Job Description:
Seeking a dynamic problem solver with excellent communication and analytical skills to join our growing group. This role will work directly with the Vulnerability Management Team and have the overall responsibility of coordinating the road map and running the agile sprint process surrounding product, an in-house solution to consolidate vulnerabilities across the company. Will perform duties for a development team that is also working with Vulnerability data
Duties:
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with individual contributors, managers, and executives from various business units
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to create and maintain road maps and sprint schedules
- Bring together project participants to review progress, gather status, surface issues, and develop action items
- Provide narrative summaries, charts, graphs, and other deliverables to help give executives and leaders a view of progress and issues
- Establish and run daily Agile ceremonies for the development team
- Maintain product feature and function road map to communicate to stakeholders
- Organize information in a PowerPoint slide, Excel spreadsheet, or project management tool
Requirements:
- Experience taking leadership in an agile development process
- Experience as a Product Manager or Scrum Master
- Accustom to handling confidential matters
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a big data environment including AWS Big Data services, Apache Spark, and Hadoop
- Experience with data visualization and programming languages, including Python/scikit-learn/Matplotlib, R, Scala or Java
- Experience with manipulating data and ETL in parallel processing and distributed compute environments
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 /year
