A Day in the Life of a Scrum Master:
Seeking a Scrum Master to work with our product development team. This is an opportunity to work on a team of fun hard-working folks, helping to improve products related to our P & C Auto and Fire Vision and Strategy.
We Are Looking for Candidates With:
- Experience and knowledge of agile, Scrum and Kanban practices
- Focus on being agile not doing Agile
- Works well in an evolving environment
- Highly organized, self-starter, ability to manage issues, risks, dependencies
- Ability to facilitate and coordinate agile team meetings
- Ability to be flexible and tailor approach to the needs of the team
- Strong desire and capability to coach and influence others to embrace the new operating model and desired behaviors.
