Our sales team is composed of highly-motivated, energetic and customer-focused Team Members that expand existing accounts/channels and find new clients for company products and services.

The Regional Director is a market leader whose role will be to build and run a successful sales team in the region. The position will be responsible for training, coaching, mentoring, and developing a winning Mid Market sales team that is business-customer focused. The position will guide our Mid Market sales channel, as well as our technical and support teams toward building a profitable and successful business with a key focus on providing an extraordinary customer experience.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop, drive and execute a strategic plan the Direct Sales channel
  • Conduct ongoing analysis & sales forecasting for all distribution channels to ensure gross and objectives are attained
  • Coach, develop and motivate employees to achieve both individual & company objectives
  • Develop key local strategic partner relationships for the market
  • Effectively manage operational process for local market
  • Partner with Marketing to roll out programs in support of local revenue goals
  • Utilizes Salesforce to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing
  • Ensure market profitability
