Full service Real Estate company in Effingham county is seeking to add a Residential Property Manager. Position responsibilities include experience in lease negotiations, ability to analyze financial statements and prepare reports for property owners; provide a high degree of professionalism in communicating with prospects, tenants and owners; develop relationships with local vendors that are needed in the day to day maintenance of property portfolio.
Qualified candidates will have sales experience, be self-starters who are comfortable working in a dynamic and fluid environment and be able to prioritize changing requirements with ease. Superior administrative skills along with written, verbal and computer skills are required. Successful candidates will thrive in fast paced environment, have strong problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to work well in high stress situations. Multi-tasking will be key as this position has complete oversight of a growing portfolio of single-family and multi-family residential properties. Some familiarity with maintenance and construction principles is helpful.
Minimum qualifications: High school diploma required, 3-5 years of customer service or property management experience, MUST HAVE sales experience with documented success and strong administrative background.
