About the Role: We are looking for a New Product Development Project Manager to join our Vascular Team in Arizona to lead an external development project of an vascular accessory device.
Responsibilities :
Identifying and developing network with key stakeholders including leadership, functional leaders, shared services leaders, etc
Ensuring all appropriate stakeholders are involved in key decisions and facilitating decision making process
Working with functional and site leadership to resolve resource needs throughout project including use of shared services groups
Leading product development planning including defining schedule, resources, budget, project risk analysis, manufacturing plans and goals, strategic alternatives, etc
Proactively identifying potential project risks and developing project risk analysis, identifying mitigating and contingent actions as well as trigger events
Maintaining and communicating project status (metrics, risks, etc.) to all stakeholders
Optimizing performance of cross functional team by championing Gore culture within team
Facilitating resolution of technical and interpersonal issues within the team and escalating issues when appropriate Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelorâs degree
Experience in new product development for medical devices
Minimum of 5 years in medical device field
Demonstrated expertise in design control processes
Desired Qualifications:
Experience developing implantable medical devices
Experience developing endovascular products
PMP certification
