Job Description:
We are currently hiring for a Project Manager having strong experience in executing large size complex commercial platform capability deployment programs in Pharmaceuticals / Life Sciences industry.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10-15 years in executing large size complex cross functional programs for Commercial operation needs (e.g. deployment of large-scale commercial ops platforms, global/ multi-country deployment experience is a plus)
- Ability to create detailed cross workstream project plan in coordination with multiple internal and client stakeholders across Business and IT
- Ability to create robust project and workstream level status tracking, risk tracking, change logs etc.
- PMP Certified highly preferred
- Overall PM facilitating Workshops and meetings with stakeholder – both internal delivery teams as well as client stakeholders
- Create and Manage overall Project Plan
- Experience working in multi-country engagement as PMO is a big plus
- Provide Weekly update to Senior Leadership on Weekly Basis
- Manage overall schedule and risks
- Self-starter who can work independently.
- Excellent at both verbal and written communications (must be able to represent Axtria and lead discussions with both technical and business leaders in the organization).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong aptitude toward problem solving and working with large data sets
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and documenting progress towards those deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA / Master’s Degree/PhD is preferred
- Experience working on Pharma/Life Sciences projects will be a plus
