Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing commercial plumbing projects
- Texas plumbing license preferred
- Must be capable of developing and maintaining good customer relations
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills required – Microsoft Office, E-mail, Bluebeam, etc.
- Must be able to analyze and project labor and materials cost to complete
- Must be able to understand and manage construction budgets
- Must be capable of effectively leading a project team with minimal supervision or oversight
- Must be capable of understanding and interpreting contracts
