BranchPattern is looking for a strong technical project manager with successful past experience in architectural engineering and building commissioning. This person will work directly with the firm’s Managing Principal and be provided a rare opportunity to not only manage the delivery of our services, but also lead the growth our firm’s newest office in Dallas. Typical projects include total building commissioning, mep design, and sustainability consulting. As an Employee-Owner at BranchPattern, you will be supported by some of the most talented design engineers, building scientists, and consultants in the AEC industry. Responsibilities

  • Serve as Project Manager for Commissioning, Design, and Sustainability projects.
  • Perform technical project tasks to support execution of scope of work.
  • Coordinate with project team to assure quality project delivery.
  • Collaborate with Principal’s on project pursuit activities, such as proposals, interviews and new client meetings.
  • Maintain positive client and partner relationships
  • Take accountability for the success of projects and the firm
  • Lead project kick-off, coordination, and conflict resolution meetings

Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Building Design and Construction Industry
  • Bachelors degree in engineering or architecture field
  • Proven track record of trouble shooting MEP and/or Enclosure issues
  • Outgoing individual who can earn the trust of others
  • Ability to apply technical expertise quickly and offer client’s strong solutions in the field
  • Extremely responsive and dedicated to meeting expectations
  • Experience managing schedules of complex projects
  • Skilled at conflict resolution and stress management

Additional Desired Qualifications

  • Licensed Professional Engineer or Registered Architect
  • NEBB TAB Certified Professional or Equivalent
  • Certified Commissioning Authority or equivalent
