About the Position
The human resources director will champion our culture by working tirelessly to attract and retain the best people. You’ll be an integral part of connecting our HR needs with the clinic’s mission to deliver the highest level of healthcare. The HR director will need to understand every aspect of the business, be a thought leader, use data to guide their efforts, be comfortable challenging convention, and in some cases reinvent how work is done. The HR director will be capable of developing and implementing leadership programs for the clinic’s staff and be driven to improve how we staff, on-board, develop, motivate, retain and organize work. This position plays a key role in creating and maintaining human resource policies, procedures and programs.
What you will do
· Maintain and support organizational culture
· Serve as a reliable resource to employees
· Process payroll
· Ensure legal requirements in all aspects of human resources
· Implement and maintain employee appreciation programs
· Implement and maintain employee benefit programs
· Recruit and retain support staff
· Maintain employee records
· Coordinate or conduct exit interviews and employee surveys
· Review and make recommendations for organizational policy
· Support management in personnel issues
· Recommends, develops, evaluates and participates in employee development and related programs
