Duetto’s Talent Leader will foster a culture laser focused on improving the lives of hoteliers and evolving Duetto from a pricing optimization solution serving small and midscale chains to becoming the most trusted partner of innovative global brands with multiple offerings at the center of the hospitality technology landscape. Working closely with members of Duetto’s leadership team, the Talent Leader will drive key growth initiatives throughout the organization.
Partnering closely with the business leaders and the People Operations team, the Talent Leader will build robust processes and systems necessary to support the company’s growth globally with a focus on operational excellence. Additionally, the Talent Leader will leverage and build on Duetto’s strong employer brand, strengthening its impact to the recruiting funnel. Inspiring and mobilizing talent acquisition internally and externally will be a part of the mandate.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent aligned with the Duetto’s growth objectives globally
- Build strong relationships with functional leaders, partnering to develop talent plans with a deep understanding of stakeholder needs
- Implement a strategic approach to identifying and recruiting talent with a focus on operational excellence and efficiency
- Be an exceptional coach and mentor to internal/external recruiters and employees when it comes to articulating the Duetto vision, assessing capabilities, and negotiating compensation
- Focus on a compelling, differentiated end-to-end candidate experience

Qualifications:
- 5 years broad recruitment experience
- 4 years managing a recruiting function
- Experience working for an organization with a global presence
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS a plus
- Experience in a startup environment a plus
