State Nebraska Bank & Trust is looking for a Head of Loan Services to join our community bank.
This position will be responsible for leading the loan servicing team, including developing, implementing and maintaining all departmental processes and software. Other main duties will include producing and maintaining full and complete loan documentation; assisting the Loan Officers with underwriting and customer follow-up; gathering necessary documentation; performing duties related to operation of the loan servicing department, managing a Loan Assistant; and other responsibilities as needed.
The successful candidate must be an outgoing, people-oriented person with a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills. The applicant must be able to problem solve and enjoy working in a very fast-paced and high demand environment. A Bachelorâs degree is required, and experience in a Loan Operations/Loan Servicing department is preferred, along with previous management experience. Credit history will be screened for this position.
