As an Executive Director you will be responsible for: Overseeing all clinical operations; working with clinical resources to oversee patient intake/inquiries and assess patient care; supervising skilled nursing services in accordance with MD orders; directing billing/payroll/data entry activities; budgeting, assuring financial success of the agency.
Requirements:
- Bachelorâs Degree in Business Administration, Nursing or have two years of progressive experience in administration
- At least one yearâs experience in the health care industry (pharmaceutical sales, hospice, home health, etc.)
- Minimum 2-3 years of leadership and management experience in hospice or hospital setting
- General Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be a highly ethical, self-motivated team player
