Executive Director

Located near Bisbee and Sierra Vista, AZ, our mission is to offer adults and teens living with autism the opportunity for growth, discovery and lifelong learning in a safe and respectful environment. We seek a new Executive Director with a passion for the same, who will serve as the face of the organization, lead fundraising, and public relations, ensure sound fiscal, HR and facilities management, pursue growth opportunities and ensuring programming that aligns with the Board’s vision. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years senior-level management or executive experience, a successful track record of fundraising and fiscal management, knowledge of Division of Developmental Disabilities regulations, experience responding to issues that may arise in a residential setting, stellar communication, and conflict resolution skills, and experience working and/or interacting with persons with disabilities.
