The purpose of this role is to ensure the CEO is efficient and effective. The role will encompass a wide variety of duties and responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

  • Manage calendars and schedules, both business and personal

  • Arrange complex and detailed travel itineraries, both domestic and international

  • Ensure the CEO is on time for meetings and calls

  • Exhibit sound judgment which reflects the company’s core values

  • Facilitate and manage the CEO’s accessibility and open lines of communication internally and externally

  • Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other necessary documents in response to and anticipation of the executive’s needs

  • Screen, prioritize, and redirect calls and emails for the CEO when needed

  • Greet visitors and prepare for internal meetings

Qualified candidates will have:

  • At least two years experience in an assistant position

  • Emotional intelligence to discern how best to work with others and navigate tense situations

  • Strong experience working in Google Suite is required

Preferred skills for this role:

  • Must possess deep discretion and work towards anticipating the CEO’s needs

  • He/she should be resourceful and work with minimal guidance

  • This individual should thrive in an environment of change and growth

  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
