Hello! I’m searching for a Director of Software Engineering for a full time/direct hire opening in Worthington, OH. My client is looking for a leader who will be responsible for mentoring and leading a team of software developers as well as someone who is comfortable as a hands-on developer and technical architect. The duties for this role will be split 50/50 between developing and mentoring and team leadership. There are no direct reports as a part of this role. My client uses technologies such as .Net, JavaScript, CSS, and UI’s (Vue and React) and they are looking for someone who is experienced with all (or most) of these. This open role has a wide salary range ($110-160K) and pay will be determined by the experience level of the chosen candidate. BS in Computer Science and/or 10+ years of equivalent experience is required to be a fit for this job. Young company that is growing and doing very well.
