Director of Operations

The DoO will supervise the: Inventory & Warehouse Manager, Production Manager, & Shipping Manager. The DoO role will begin as Operations Manager and must successfully work all positions within Operations over a 90 day training launch prior to moving into DoO status. At DoO status, the focus will be to achieve results in both Run the Business (RTB) and Change the Business (CTB) processes that serve our MVV (Mission Vision Values) in a professional and timely way.The DoO is to develop & execute strategies to make efficient the multitude of processes within the Operations areas to maximize productivity and minimize costs on an immediate and long term basis. The DoO is to lead, assist and coach the operations managers and staff to ensure that all orders ship 100% complete, on time and in the most profitable way possible for short and long term effectiveness. The DoO will be accountable for the receipt, inventory and warehousing of raw product for Range Kleen along with inventory maintenance updates. The DoO will be part of the Leadership Team and expected to meaningfully contribute to strategic and tactical improvements to company while maintaining departmental connectivity to support, coach and develop Associates towards future enhanced value while exhibiting our core values. We are looking for a proven, upbeat, confident person who is able to lead the Range Kleen team using effective leadership and communication methods. This person needs to have experience in mfg. operations that can achieve our goals with maximum impact both tangibly and intangibly as a willing and able team player.
