We are committed to improving the end-to-end experience of Real Estate transactions through an intuitive, efficient, and secure solution-based application – Title I Pipe. The Director of Client Experience plays a critical role in the growth and ongoing development of Title I Pipe at both an organizational and product level. The Director of Client Experience will work directly with our executive leadership and product development teams to develop and refine our clients experience with Title I Pipe.
Responsibilities
- Lead the client experience program for Title I Pipe with new and existing clients through effective communications, high level of customer service and a terrific product experience.
- Build, support, and develop client experience staff to support our client base.
- Lead efforts to create and develop the client experience for support and promotional programs including content management, content development, and content delivery.
- Support the execution of marketing activities including event participation, product feature promotions and product release announcements. This includes social media exposure, media engagements and PR events.
- Support efforts to create and develop informative and interesting marketing deliverables, including but not limited to videos, articles and live events.
- Discern and address weaknesses as well as potential areas for growth in current client experience programs. Implement and oversee program changes when necessary.
- Evaluate, select, and deploy technology tools and implement applicable processes that improve client experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- This is a senior-level role, so proven experience in Real Estate industry and technology solutions is important
- High level of comfort and proficiency operating in a team environment
- High level of comfort and proficiency in engaging and communicating with others in multiple settings including verbal, written, online and video in both singular and group settings
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with business software and communication platforms (MS Office, Skype etc.)
- Bachelor’s and/or Advanced degree
