Nike Direct will be a growth engine for Nike’s 2X Direct Strategy, with the ability to lead Nike in becoming an ecosystem of sport and inspiring her to make sport a daily habit. Within Nike Direct, the Consumer + Marketplace team accelerate Nike Direct by obsessing our epic growth opportunities and innovating new business models to serve evolving consumer needs. We drive focus against our most strategic growth opportunities and create connections across Nike to move at the pace of the consumer. We believe that Sub-100 is a growth opportunity for us, and the Director, Nike Direct Sub-100 will be a key part of our growth and innovation strategy.

As the Director, Nike Direct Sub-100, you will set the vision and sharpen the focus against our Sub-100 offense in Nike Direct channels (digital and physical). You will partner with Categories, Geos, Nike Direct leadership, and functional stakeholders to identify end-to-end opportunities to drive growth through innovative, differentiated omnichannel consumer experiences. You will be part of a virtual cross-functional team of marketing, merchandising, membership, retail concepts, service & experience, and digital product experts to design the vision, build and operationalize the strategy, and deliver both world-class O2O experiences and also channel specific (NDDC, NSO, NFS, NSP) growth for Nike.

You have the ability to see the big picture and the willingness to roll up your sleeves and do the work when needed. You are capable of defining a vision, inspiring others, leading a virtual cross-functional team, aligning multiple constituencies within a large organization, and delivering results.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

  • 8+ years’ experience within the digital commerce or retail industry.
  • Core strengths in: strategic planning + execution, omnichannel strategy, cross-category leadership, marketing or merchandising, innovative and analytical thinking.
  • Strong executive presence and executive communications skills
  • Background and skillset to lead complex initiatives from start to finish
  • Strong interpersonal, consensus-building skills, with ability to communicate across multiple audiences in complex organizational structure
