Job Description:

We are building a Digital Eco-system that will give us a competitive advantage in the marketplace for that reason we are seeking a Director Data & Application Services – Vice President . This position will report to the Chief Transformation Officer.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

> Identify, measure and mitigate risk to stability of Delivery services and deliverables

> Identify, measure and optimize costs for Delivery services and deliverables to align with revenue and profit

> Develop and execute global Delivery strategy around ERP, CRM, HRIS, Application Support and Application Development

> Develop and execute global Data strategy for Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics

> Contribute to development of “cloud first” strategy

> Connect IT services and deliverables to business outcomes

> Develop leadership skills in management and staff

Basic Requirements:

> 10+ years experience leading IT organizations delivering ERP, CRM, HRIS, Application Support and Application Development services

> 5+ experience leading IT organizations with Project Management and Business Analysis functions

> 5+ years experience leading and strong understanding of BI and Advanced Analytics

> Experience with and strong understanding of Agile software development and delivery methods

> Experience managing multi-million dollar contract relationships

> 5+ years experience leading global, multi-cultural organization of 10 or more managers and staff

> 5+ years AEC industry experience

> Strong business acumen

> Domain expertise in both Delivery and Data services

> Strong leadership and management skills

> Excellent contract management and negotiation skills

> Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required

> Occasional domestic and international travel required

> Position can be based in Denver US or Brisbane Australia; Must be authorized to work in either location without sponsorship
