We are searching for enthusiastic and entrepreneurial early education director to help our preschool program grow. This is for the Oakbrook Terrance location of our school and we are looking for someone who wants to a team player and also highly efficient. We are a highly collaborative team and want someone who is excited about working in that environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the classrooms and the teaching staff
- Maintain state compliance for the school at all times.
- Work with parents to create a collaborative relationship
- Conduct tours
- Maintain calendars and curriculum planning
- Collaborate with marketing department on new campaigns and social media strategies
- Serve food, clean messes, do finger painting, cover breaks, give hugs, take out the trash and do all other things that might pop up any given day while managing a school.
Qualifications
YOU MUST BE Early Education DIRECTOR QUALIFIED by the state Illinois
Other Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead staff in implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Computer literacy
- Solid business acumen, management, analytical, and problem-thinking skills
- Must be 18 years or older
