JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Design Division offers a wide range of services from automated window shades, lighting design, residential renovations, and much more. The Design Division is looking for a full-time applicant that is adaptable, highly organized, and self-driven. The Project Manager must be able to work comfortably on construction sites and custom luxury homes. It is critical that the ideal applicant can establish and continue strong relationships with designers, builders, and architects. Knowledge of window treatments, lighting design, and automation systems is preferred but necessary. We will provide product and system training. The position is Monday-Friday from 8-5pm. Due to the demands of specific projects, hours can fluctuate. Lastly, a passion and desire to always continue knowledge of the industry is a must!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Manage each project that includes but is not limited to sales, system design, reconciliation, billing, and maintaining the client relationship
– Site visits with clients, designers, architects, and builders
– Schedule and coordinate installation of each job
– Creating estimates and budgets for each job
QUALIFICATIONS:
– 1+ year of Interior Design and/or Architecture
– Background in Sales and/or Project Management
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office
– Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
– Strong self-initiative and understanding of the design industry/trends
– Ability to self-manage and work as part of a team
– Organized and efficient
JOB TYPE AND REQUIREMENTS
– Full Time, Monday – Friday
– Salary and Commission: $40,000 to $60,000
– Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or in process of completing
– Must speak English
– Reliable form of transportation
– 1+ year in customer service, sales, design, and or project management
