Job Title: Website & Data Manager

Job Description: You are responsible for creating, organizing, formatting, entering and improving the catalogue and all data related to the e-commerce store, as well as improving and developing the websites owned by the company.
Reports to: Sales & Marketing Director
Position: Full Time
Qualifications Required:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including the ability to utilize formulas such as concatenate, etc to sort through data efficiently
- Experience with data formatting
- Experience with website database and content management systems
- Professional experience in Data Entry, Data Management, Database Analytics
- Professional experience with website design and management
- E-commerce experience in retail industry
- SEO experience as it pertains to website content, familiarity with Google Analytics
- Basic understanding of grammar, spelling and math
- Advanced understanding of computer skills, typing, formulas
- Interest in automotive industry
- Must have a positive attitude and cooperate with fellow employees and management

Additional desired qualifications:
- Degree in Data Management, Business, Website, Marketing, Design, or Communications
- SEM/Adwords experience/Google Shopping experience
- Understanding of vehicle brands, makes, models, years, chassis
- Familiarity with HTML coding (as needed), website design, and CSS
- Aftermarket automotive performance industry knowledge and experience
- Experience with enterprise level eCommerce platforms (WebShop Manager ideal) and WordPress
- Experience with ACES/PIES vehicle data, SEMA Data Coop

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Website Manager
- Develop, improve, implement and maintain websites
- Monitor web traffic, performance and capacity to identify, prevent and resolve issues and improve the shopping experience
- Ensure content is relevant and update proactively to improve SEO, conversion
- Monitor and improve functionality, content and flow of websites
- Keep up with trends in marketing, industry, social networking and identify and suggest enhancements
- Maximize website efficiency and load times
- Data/Catalogue Manager
- Create Data & Content
- Use existing ACES/PIES data sheets
- Scrape manufacturer sites for data
- Use and communicate with third parties to create or manipulate data to our needs
- Create high quality, accurate, searchable data, with proper fitment
- Improve Data
- Improve existing data for SEO
- Update pricing/SKUs, etc
- Add video content (created by marketing team or manufacturer)
- Improve YMM lookup, functionality
- Make sure information aligns with Google and manufacturer policies
- Validating we have the most current and up to date pricing, photos and fitment
- Organize
- Sort data based on category, brand, attributes
- Add additional tiers and option sets
- Manage on site promotions from beginning to end
- Manage integrations with third party apps, platforms and selling markets
- Format
- Format manufacturer data or SDC/DCI data to format useable for database
- Distribute
- Create a process/structure for team to export price sheets
