    We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and support our client in the Columbia, MD area.

    The Project Manager must have at least 5 years’ experience involving Information Technology and related systems supporting cyber security systems in support of the government and be responsible for all program and contract oversight, including deliverables and staffing.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Project manager will lead a team of cyber security analysts, experienced staff providing services to Unissant’s customer.
    • Program Project will develop, update and maintain the program plan to ensure timely delivery, consulting or other services and adequate resource allocation.
    • The Project Manager will work with individual team members to manage P&L, budgets and forecast through financial controls as well as establish and implement metrics & key performance indicators to manage various projects and report results to senior management and the customer.
    • Evaluates mission requirements and constraints and current capabilities to develop optimized services to support customer’s privacy and security mission.
    • Leads, manages and mentors a dedicated team of professionals who execute client’s privacy and security mission.
    • Plans, designs, deploys, supports and manages the full life cycle to support client’s mission.
    • Solves data management issues and adapts to provide short term solutions, when appropriate.

    Work Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in related field with leadership roles including managing a team.
    • Demonstrated experience with government contracting by working with the team, and the Contracting Officer Representative for oversight and milestone delivery of projects.
    • Should have experience with transition planning and execution of multiple initiatives.
    • Should have the ability to advise customer on strategy and be able to present complex ideas and solutions to government officials, including business stakeholders.
    • Must have experience with management, resource utilization, and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills across projects.
    • Must have experience interfacing with clients at the management level, and have proven experience managing client expectations & relationships
    • Must have proven experience with conflict resolution and demonstrated strengths in organizational skills required in selecting, motivating and developing support staff.
    • Demonstrate proven track record to identify potential operational and process risks and formulate/implement effective mitigation plans

    Job Skills:

    • Knowledge of Government Privacy and Security policies and practices
    • Knowledge of Health Systems and advanced skills in privacy and security
    • Ability to lead and manage the technical team, providing direction & oversight regarding work activities, technical solutioning and problem solving.
    • Ability to solve complex problems by evaluating all options and reaching decisions quickly. Ability to manage complex relationships with the client.
    • Able to clearly communicate team activities and strategic direction to the client. Ability to work directly with executive level personnel.
