We are looking for a Customer Success People Manager to join our Standard segment within our Customer Success division. Your job will be to carry out an operational plan, incorporating goals and objectives, while providing continued value to the customer and driving long-term account satisfaction and growth. You have extensive healthcare industry market knowledge and well-developed financial acumen. You excel at communicating effectively and ensuring accountability for yourself and your team. Your interpersonal skills help you to develop and maintain relationships both within and outside of your organization. You are self-driven, results-oriented, and an empathetic communicator with a consultative approach.

The Team: Our Customer Success team is focused on ensuring that our clients experience the full value of our services. The team identifies client risks proactively, collaborating across product and operational lines to pursue solutions and advocate on behalf of our clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure your direct reports are providing excellent customer service by monitoring satisfaction and retention within an assigned book of accounts
  • Provide support and coaching to your associates and assist with escalated client issues
  • Support performance management and career development of direct reports
  • Mitigate attrition risk and interact with clients when needed
  • Lead strategic projects assigned by leadership
  • Evaluate personnel performance against established goals
  • Act as a leader and demonstrate an ability to work towards shared goals through teamwork

Typical Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of management experience
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience with managing and developing direct reports
  • Strong data interpretation and reporting, specifically in Excel
