The Customer Assurance Manager’s primary role is to provide technical support to our customer’s field technicians via phone. This important area of our business supports the entire residential and light commercial product line in the Carrier, Payne and Bryant families. In addition to phone support some job site visits with the dealer are required to assist with problem resolution. Other duties include consumer relations, special warranty issues, and technical product training for our dealers. Additionally, this position will support internal customers as needed to secure sales and address post sale issues.

Successful candidates must have:
- 10 years of HVAC Residential and or Light Commercial service experience,
- Complete understanding of refrigerant circuits and basic electric
- Strong trouble shooting skills
- Ability to deliver technical training,
- Exceptional communication skills
- Able to work within a team environment
- Strong PC skills including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point and Excel
RSES or NATE certification credentials are preferred but not required
