    Raleigh CPA firm seeking a full-time Office Administrator/Manager to join our organization.

    Ideal candidate would be a positive, self-motivated, hardworking and detail-oriented professional. Office is fast pace and deadline driven.     Primary Responsibilities Include:

    – Oversees day to day function of the office

    – Supporting management

    – Welcoming clients and assisting with their needs/requests

    – Maintaining office supplies

    – Light bookkeeping

    – Answering calls
