All Around Handyman Services & All Around Roofing & Siding is Looking for a full time salesperson/project manager.
Duties will include
- Be the single point of client contact during project quoting, conversion, and initiation phases of a single-discipline project
- Respond to all quote requests in a timely manner.
- Work with the operational side of business to assure that the scope of services being quoted is appropriate for wish list provided by the client
- Identify appropriate up selling opportunities and notify the client of relevant services they might need or are not aware that we offer
- Follow-up on all quotes
- For those quotes that are lost, work with the client to identify why quote was lost and provide said data
- Manage the project from start to finish with our in house teams to assure customer expectations and project scope are properly understood and executed
As a business we work almost exclusively on residential projects ranging from additions to small handyman work, A varied construction background is a must.
Typical projects are Bathrooms, Kitchens, Roof’s, Siding, Decks, Windows & Doors, Plumbing & Electric, Flooring, Painting, Hardscaping, HVAC, etc…
Compensation is based on experience and will be a base salary + commission.
Base Salary – $500-$800
Commission – 3-5% ( 1-2million in sales)
