This position will manage the day to day duties of a busy collision center. The qualified candidate will have excellent estimating skills and current, established relationships with various insurance companies/adjusters in North Mississippi. They must also possess prior shop management experience managing facilities, materials and staff. This person must also be highly organized, team motivator and possess a proven track record of keeping insurance receivables (i.e. supplements) to a minimum.
The compensation plan will be a combination of a salary based on experience along with bonus opportunity directly tied to results.
