DescriptionThe Clinical Enterprise Project Manager position applies professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, and performance risks to ensure positive outcomes. This role has ultimate responsibility for all assigned projects and manages the planning, monitoring, executing, controlling, and all other aspects of a project. The PM will be responsible for the Clinical Enterprise day to day work of program development to establish a deep knowledge of each project, program operation, and business plan.
QualificationsBachelors degree required. Masters degree strongly preferred. Certified Associate in Project Management, Project Management Professional, or Business Process Management Certification preferred but not required. Microsoft Office Suite experience including Project and Visio is highly desirable. The position requires strong analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills, team leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees. Minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience in project management and process improvement required. Healthcare experience preferred.
