• Overlook the Cabin Services Operations for over 350 daily turns distributed among more than five different domestic and international airlines.
• Supervise day-to-day activities related to the Cabin Cleaning and Security Search operations with over 300 to 400 employees.
• Prepare schedules and ensure performance is up to the level required by the clients.
• Resolve daily issues such as answering questions and finding solutions to problems in a timely fashion.
• Manage the adherence to the station’s Compliance Agreement with regulatory programs such as the Interior Cabin Security Search and CBP Regulated Garbage.
• Ability to bring out the best performance in the workforce through proactive employee engagement and support for an inclusive working environment
• Ability to actively listen – giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate
• Ability to monitor and assess performance of self, team members and the operation to make improvements or take corrective action
• Strong decision making skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
