    Our client, a leading banking company, is currently recruiting a Bank President who will infuse the Banking Team with their talent, energy and leadership skills.     1) Direct and administer operational and lending efforts of the branch
    2) Ensure that established policies and procedures are followed
    3) Oversee provision of a full range of services to prospective customers
    4) Ensure that customers are promptly and professionally served
    5) Oversee the training, direction and supervision of branch staff
    6) Monitor quotas of expenses and profitability
    7) Receive, review and evaluate commercial loan requests
    8) Make sales calls and meet with applicants to explain credit policies and obtain loan information and documentation
    9) Monitor and review construction, development and commercial loans
    10) Assist in repossessed collections’ activities, as needed
    11) Serve borrowers and prospective borrowers promptly and professionally
    12) Provide general bank information and cross-selling services along with various other lending and managerial duties
    Critical Requirements
    1) Recent experience in the banking industry is strongly preferred
    2) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in commercial lending and banking operations
