Manages operational tasks related to the efficient maintenance and running of the operations at the studio level. This position is responsible for managing the studio staff and the studio with all the daily studio operations in accordance with the Artsy Soul standards, processes, procedures and culture. We are looking for a Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of the studio, to run the operations smoothly to maximize sales, profitability and minimize cost in addition to motivating studio staff to do so.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operates and Manages studio in accordance with Procedures, Processes and Standards
Trains and manages all studio techs working for Artsy Soul
Is responsible for glazing and firing of customer pieces in a timely manner
Schedules employees and prepares employeesâ roster,
Works at least one weekend day in the studio, is present for large events, KNOs, Special Programs
Manages and maintains adequate stock levels and inventory SKUs pricing,
Processes donation requests,
Responds to customersâ queries and complaints
Ad-hoc requests as needed.

Must adhere and enforce all Artsy Soul philosophies, policies and procedures,
Communicates effectively with the staff, and encourages communication within the team,
Must represent Artsy Soul in a friendly and professional manner on the phone and in person,
Must be reliable, dedicated with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic,
Ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment with emphasis on strong customer service skills
