Job Title: Vice President, Clinical Operations
General Summary:
Under general supervision of the President and in collaboration with the managerial team, the primary purpose of the position is to support the delivery of quality care, compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to evidence based clinical standards of practice. The position is responsible for all facets of practice operations. Duties include creating, developing and maintaining effective and efficient operational processes and systems that are aligned with organizational objectives and create an environment focused on continuous improvement.

- Facilities and infrastructure planning
- Physician relations
- Quality improvement programs
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, strategic oversight, and guidance of clinical operations
- Represent all aspects of clinical operations and provide updates as required to the President and other key internal leaders
- Oversee, plan and implement quality assessments and provide leadership and direction to ensure the highest standards for regulatory compliance are met
- Ensure all program initiatives align with the organizationâs core values and culture
- Drive a culture of continual improvement including the measurement of key operational metrics
- Evaluate practice productivity and provide recommendations for improvement
- Review, develop and assist in implementation of policies and procedures
- Participate in onboarding newly identified providers and practices
- Participate in oversight of all practice related renovation projects
- Participate in formulating marketing plan
- Develop and direct implementation of on-the-job training program for employees to ensure they have a thorough understanding of their jobs and have been cross-trained to cope with emergencies
- Maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and administrators, both inside and outside the organization

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- In-depth understanding and experience across multi-specialty clinical operations with a track record of success in planning, execution, data mining, report generation and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects and people
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to relay organization wide vision, processes, and change to managers, providers, and staff
- Experience leading a rapidly changing organization with ability to evaluate and resolve complex problems
- Demonstrated ability to develop care teams that deliver exceptional patient care and financial outcomes
- Strong IT, EMR & Systems background
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
