The International Mission Board, a nonprofit religious organization in Richmond, VA, is hiring for a Vice President of Finance, Logistics and Technology!

Hours: Full time, Richmond, VA

Rate: Based on experience and skills

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct all aspects of organization finance, including budget, accounting, banking, payroll, tax, and investments.
  • Oversee and direct all aspects of organization logistics, including global and domestic properties, domestic facilities, global and domestic travel, event coordination, and other global and domestic logistic matters.
  • Serve as organization Treasurer, fulfilling all attendant responsibilities in representing the financial position of the organization.
  • Supervise the Chief Information Officer, and oversee technology support operations, both global and domestic.
  • Participate as Core Team member in providing senior leadership to the organization, as well as keeping other senior leadership appropriately aware of finance and logistics matters.
  • Inform and coordinate with the Finance and Logistics committee of the Board of Trustees.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, accounting or law
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar level senior leadership position
  • Minimum 5 years’ overseas experience, with IMB Missionary service preferred
  • Advanced analytical and project management skills
  • Intermediate technical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience with Southern Baptist Convention, being able to represent the constituency
  • SBC church membership required
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10-25% of time
