As a member of our Project Execution team, you’ll draw on your strengths managing people and processes to manage technology projects that typically span multiple lines of business and have firm-wide implications. You’ll lead these projects from initiation through implementation, including: establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines; ensuring that relevant risk and architecture requirements are in place; and managing the project budget and resources. In addition to collaborating with your teammates, you’ll communicate with stakeholders across the firm to work toward the best possible outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Work with the Product owner to align teams with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information
- Facilitate and coach a sprint team through all ceremonies towards product delivery.

- Communicate organizational impediments to leadership; clear impediments for the team
- Facilitate and coach a sprint team through all ceremonies towards product delivery
- Coach product owners in creation and maintenance of the product backlog including empirical planning
- Lead coordination to maintain application – deploy code, support during outages, incident and change management, etc.
This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in one or more business disciplines or functions
- Experience project managing multiple projects
- Knowledge of global and line of business project management standards and methods
- Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
- Experience managing Vendor relationships and applications required.
- Experience with managing application development lifecycle using Agile
- Ability to define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout project life cycle – project plans, milestones using scope, resources, and personnel as criteria
- Ability to exhibit detailed-oriented, results-driven, high-energy and motivated behaviors.
- Ability to guide Product Owners with best practices and product roadmap and release train delivery
- Ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels
- Proficiency with software development technologies including Jenkins, BitBucket, Build and QA Automation.
- Knowledge of application hygiene protocols and remediations – i.e. static and dynamic code scanning
- Working knowledge of software code development – HTML, JavaScript, JAVA, etc.
