We currently have an outstanding opportunity for a Technical Project Manager. This individual will be responsible to work with all business stakeholders to insure timely and satisfactory completion of assigned projects while meeting clients quality standards. Projects to include, but not limited to: system programming and upgrades, data migrations, technology refreshes and commissioning. The successful candidate should have strong planning and organizational skills with a commitment to customer focus and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage & monitor operation of security equipment (video surveillance system, badge access administration).
• Develop and maintain physical access control architecture and standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for current access control system support including answering incoming emails, phone calls, and other inquiries and resolving them in a timely fashion.
• Provide security systems administration, configuration, routine maintenance, and software installation and troubleshooting as needed.
• Define and support the security environment strategy and roadmap.
• Recommend improvements and drive alignment across a customer’s organization

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a security technology related field
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge and experience in Physical Security related products and services
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Solid problem solving and analytical skills
• Stakeholder management, negotiation and exemplary communication skills
• A solid grasp of user-centered design
